Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and facilitate smooth show operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the box office area.
Ensure all tickets and materials are ready and available for upcoming shows.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to use basic tools in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Eventbrite.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
